* About HAL-PC Clear Lake
The HAL-PC Clear Lake Senior Learning Center was established in 1996 to help senior citizens learn to use PC computers for email, surfing the Internet, and other basic computer tasks. Offerings include: regular (weekday, hands-on) courses, short (weekday) courses, and (weekend) mini-courses. Special interest groups (SIGs) meet monthly to discuss topics such as general computers, digital photography, camcorders and videos, and computer investing.

I have been attending meetings for a few months and I would like to join. How much does it cost? And is there some form I could fill out and leave with a check at the meeting. I’m cheap and want to save the price of a postage stamp.

Guy,
I would suggest you go to the office at 400 Medical Cntr Blvd – Suite 210
(Mon-Thurs 9 to 4) and fill out a membership form and pay the $40 fee. You can also get a tour and ask questions on other things that we do.
Good luck,
Carl
P.S. – We always have membership applications at the SIG meetings that you can fill out. Just give me the completed form and $40 cash or check and I can take it from there, if this works better for you..
